It was an absolute treat, wasn’t it @RoyalPhilSoc!? Such sublime playing from the @PiattiQuartet, performing three fantastic new works by @JosephPhibbs, @MZevGordon and Richard Blackford. Magical! ✨️
A real treat to hear @PiattiQuartet twice during @PresteigneFest, giving the premiere of engaging new works by @JosephPhibbs, @MZevGordon and Richard Blackford alongside music by Britten, Moeran and Mendelssohn. Such focussed, communicative playing. 📷 Bleddfa and Presteigne

A 5-star review for ‘The Impermanence of Things’, by

"Right from the initial two-note figure, through the alternately dancing and stomping scherzo, to the finale, it is utterly gripping"
