As we've come to see, @Twitter is circling the drain thanks to manbaby @elonmusk. Their latest action of blocking 3rd party apps like @tweetbot was the last straw b/c their own app is filled with garbage ads. Apparently the sink represents what Elon planned to do: sink @Twitter

I want to sell paper to Congress. They print reams and reams—thousands of pages—of shit no one has the time to read before they have to vote on it. Could there be a more defunct system?

1/2 Bought a new iPad and traded my old one in. @AppleSupport sends you a box for the old device. In the past, the box included a shipping label. Now however, you simply peel off the label used to ship the box to you which reveals the return label.

@MicrosoftHelps @Office Word for Mac(16.61) intermittently removes applied Character Styles when applying Paragraph Styles? Why? This has been going on since February...and on 2 different Mac systems. answers.microsoft.com/en-us/…

Never seen this @InDesign warning before. Anyone else? I selected “No” as I don’t want InDesign deleting things without being able to see what’s being deleted…

How is it that @Apple can take an interface element—the “+” icon to add a tab, which sat at the right edge of the tab bar for years—add it to #Mail but then remove it from #Safari? These inconsistencies drive me crazy! @AppleSupport

I love me a well-designed book cover. Just came across “Educated” by @tarawestover. My kudos to whomever at @randomhouse designed the cover—brilliant!

Not in my experience...

It’s “Arnor” @ThunderBayPress, not “Amor”. The northern Númenórean kingdom is Arnor. Wrong in page 111 and 112 in David Day’s The Ring Legends of Tolkien.

Tip that may help someone out: I was having a heck of time trying to download files in #Safari. I could right-click and download files, but not click on them to download. Turns out my Safari Preferences > Websites > Downloads was set to “Deny”. Change that to Ask or Allow.

May the Fourth be with you! In celebration of Star Wars Day, a week ago today I got to experience Rise of the Resistance at @WaltDisneyWorld Hollywood Studios. And it really is more of an experience, lasting like 15 minutes. I can only image what it’ll be like there today. 😵‍💫

Hmmm… after updating to @InDesign 16.0.2.203 this morning, Automatication’s #Multi-Find/Change 3 is a visual mess...

Farewell venerable @Xerox #Phaser4500. You served me well these last 17 years and 293,750 pages! Was really trying to creep out 300,000 but you just didn’t have it in you. We’ll see if your replacement can last as long as you did...or if I can!

Hey @CreativePro_com it’d be great if your pop-up didn’t constantly reappear after I’ve dismissed it (you know…’cause I’m already signed up). 4 times in under a minute?! What’s that all about?

Really hoped #ios14.1 would correct this flickering behavior in Maps, but nope! @AppleSupport

@cclauset @typefi My subscription to #Typefitter re-upped today, but the plugin is not working for me. Tried to reactive and got this cryptic message: Help!

So on the same day @Apple posts this Privacy Ad, it’s being reported that they will delay their privacy feature scheduled for #iOS14? I hope not @tim_cook. Take a stand. Screw @Facebook and all the others that don’t respect privacy. youtube.com/watch?time_conti…

New (to me) @InDesign tip: when placing text and you get the Missing Font dialog box, you don’t have to place the text and then go fix the problem. Instead, pressing the Escape key will take you directly to the Find Font dialog box. Thoughtful addition by @Adobe
