🚀 It’s moving… and moving fast! 🚀 🎯Two days ago Calm Leadership was sitting at #23. 🎯Today it’s #20 on Amazon in Education Management & Organisation… right alongside some seriously established titles. I’m genuinely humbled… and quietly excited. This book was never about chasing rankings. It was about offering something real, grounded and sustainable for leaders who want to last… especially in pressured systems like education. But seeing it climb like this tells me the message is resonating. 🙏🏽 If you’ve already bought it — thank you. 🙏🏽 If you’ve read it and shared it — thank you. 🙏🏽 If you’re considering it — now’s the moment. Let’s see if we can push it into the Top 10 together 💪 Every download, review and share genuinely makes a difference. Calm Leadership isn’t a moment… It’s a movement. #CalmLeadership #LeadershipThatLasts #EducationalLeadership #SchoolLeadership #LeadershipDevelopment

Surreal. Proud. Grateful. Today, my book is no longer just a manuscript, an idea, or a late-night labour of love. It’s on my bookshelf! 😊 There it is... Standing alongside books that have shaped my thinking, challenged my practice, and supported me through nearly two decades of headship. A free advert 😉 and thanks to Mary Myatt, John Tomsett, Amanda Wilson, Phil Denton, MEd, BA (Hons), NPQEL, Mark Finnis, Paul Dix, Tom Sherrington, Dr. Lizana Oberholzer PFHEA/FCCT/FCMI, Derek Boyle MA FCCT SFHEA MCMI, Frank Green, Dame Sally Coates, Andrew Morrish, Viv Grant FRSA, Sir David Carter, Laura McInerney, Jonny Uttley, Michael Pain, Diana Osagie💫, and Chris Hirst. However, writing Calm Leadership was never about adding another title to the shelf. It was about capturing what I’ve learned the hard way... that leadership is not about being the loudest voice in the room, but the calmest presence in the storm. Seeing it there feels deeply personal. A reminder that reflection, persistence and staying true to your values really do matter. I’m incredibly thankful to everyone who encouraged me, challenged me, edited drafts (thanks Crown House Publishing), listened to half-formed ideas, and reminded me to keep going when life and leadership felt heavy. Calm Leadership must not be a moment. Let’s make it a movement. 📘Calm Leadership: Staying Grounded, Staying in Control and Staying the Course Available now via Crown House Publishing and Amazon. If it helps even one leader feel steadier, more confident, or less alone... it’s been worth every word. 🙏
