Prokuratura bez uzyskania zgody sądu chce zdobyć informacje chronione tajemnicą dziennikarską! Skandal! Przecież gdyby takie rzeczy robiła prokuratura Ziobry to byłyby - słuszne - protesty partii, które dzisiaj tworzą koalicję rządząca! Czy dzisiaj zachowają się przyzwoicie?!
No i pytanie czy pokurator generalny i minister sprawiedliwości w jednym wiedział o takich działaniach i czy były na polityczne zlecenie, bo sprawa dotyczy senatora Lenza z KO. Reakcja lub jej brak da nam odpowiedź na to pytanie.

❌Po ujawnieniu przez @wirtualnapolska skandalu z udziałem senatora Tomasza Lenza prokuratura szuka informatorów dziennikarza @jan_czura i dobiera się do jego bilingów i wiadomości.
❌W tym samym czasie w śledztwie dotyczącym nieprawidłowości przy wizycie polityka i jego bliskich w szpitalu prokuratura nie zgłosiła się do nas, mimo że to dziennikarze złożyli zawiadomienie. Śledczy odmówili nam też informacji o tym, jakie wykonano czynności i czy zabezpieczono inne telefony.
❌– Na pewno jest to działanie, które dotyka tajemnicy dziennikarskiej i które z tego powodu wiąże się ze szczególnymi gwarancjami - mówi Kondrad Siemaszko z i Helsińskiej Fundacji Praw Człowieka.
