Itās been ages since Iāve taken a look at this pageā¦ still continuing my trich journey as well as getting on with everything else in life!
I havenāt worn wigs or hair systems in ages! I just go about the day comfortable being baldā¦ I had my head tattoo finished a couple of months ago and I love it #headtattoo

My 4 year old daughter told me today that humans are meat and lions like meat, but lions donāt like eating hair. She said that because I donāt have any hair lions would eat meā¦ :/ #lionfood #nohairproblems

The winter really is chilly with no hair. Itās definitely a time when I wish I had my own hair again! I live in bobble hats!

Iāve forgiven myself for having #trichotillomania but itās still a frustrating disorder. Pulling is an outlet for emotion and so far I havenāt found a healthy non-self harming outlet to replace it. Maybe some CBT would help.... :/
