the idea for dicey came about 1 yr ago because we believed gamba would be one of the biggest beneficiaries of ppl getting more time and money from AI. and combine that with how traditional betting companies chronically underinvested in their own products - the opportunity to us was so clear.
1 yr on it is damn cool to see dicey crack the top 10 in deposits for the first time (and also crack $10M in a week). we have a long way to go to be the best global betting platform but you take these wins along the way

dicey released a killer
typer is basically aviator for people who spend too much time on keyboard lol - type to push multiplier higher, one bad key kills run
tried finding same mechanic at another crypto casino and couldnt. closest stuff i found is experimental typing games outside casino space
i rate @DiceyHQ so much rn
they went public only this year and already have 10+ own games/products: space draw, dig dig, typer, chat games etc
dicey is not relying only on same provider stack everyone else has
typer is perfect example. you understand game in 2 sec, you can stream it, clip it, meme it. people are already posting their runs on X
that's genius hidden marketing
community seems to love this side of them too. their socials dont feel like casino socials, more like entertainment account that happens to have casino behind it
btw right after typer launch @Circusfyi had dicey at $583k deposits in 24h, +122.8% vs previous day
not saying typer did that, we dont have game-level data, but timing is funny
$17.4m deposits in september already and they only went public in may
people will come for dicey games
what next @DiceyHQ? im becoming a fan

The new “Typer” game on @DiceyHQ is insane.
Took it for a quick spin..
Some say it’s skill..
Some say it’s luck..
I just typed out the facts.

@MagicEden was not exploited today, it was @limitbreak's trading protocol / smart contracts and we stopped using that protocol 2 years ago.
We're contacting Limit Break to discuss what else can be done here, incl. progress on pausing transfers at the protocol level. But in the meantime, ppl should revoke their approvals on ME - instructions in post below.
A huge thank you to @0xQuit for the whitehat rescue. It saved a bad situation from turning worse and he is a true hero 🙏
We will share more updates once we figure out more.
We are sharing an interim update regarding an exploit identified with @limitbreak Payment Processor V2, a NFT trading protocol maintained by the company Limit Break and which Magic Eden adopted to settle trades on EVM in 2024.
Magic Eden stopped using Payment Processor V2 in Oct 2024 and ceased our EVM marketplace altogether in Q1 2026. No live Magic Eden listings were impacted in this exploit. We will provide more updates as we investigate the impact further.
We are also contacting Limit Break as they are the owner & maintainer of the protocol to see what other mitigations can be done, including progress on pausing transfers on the protocol. Thank you to @0xQuit for the whitehat rescue and for bringing this to our collective attention: xitter.cf/0xQuit/status/21034106…
Why are ME listings being shown to be involved?
NFTs listed on ME EVM from approx Feb 2024 to Oct 2024 could be impacted by this issue with the Limit Break Payment Processor v2 contract. Any listings on ME EVM after Oct 2024 should not be impacted here. We are still further refining our investigation and will provide more updates here.
In the meantime, if you listed or traded NFTs on Magic Eden’s EVM marketplace before we shut it down, revoke this contract:
Limit Break: Payment Processor (V2)

Go through our instructions here: revoke.cash
Ethereum → filter that address → revoke every NFT “approved for all” row
Repeat for the following chainsPolygon
Base
See also 0xQuit’s tweet on revocation for further reference also: xitter.cf/0xQuit/status/21034106…
NOTE: Revoking does not return tokens that already moved.
Again, we will keep the community updated as we investigate further.

i feel like dicey is still under the radar despite starting to produce some serious numbers
we've quietly processed $120M in deposits and withdrawals in 3 months - a decent number of which were multiple six figures. no dramas. that's the ultimate test, whether the money moves when a real player asks for it back. we have spent time honing this and now we're stepping it up: increasing limits, capacity and opening the door to bigger players. if you value a book that pays and can do so at significant capacity, that's what we've built dicey to be.
