I’m tryna remember all y’all now. The real ones of Magic Twitter. Cuz it’s gonna be expanding very soon.
So funny to say a game this early is a must-win. But man imagine a loss tonight. Against a crappy Suns team and losses piling up. Must win tonight. It would be very difficult for this “core” to recover from tonight’s loss. Best case would become the play-in, again. Tiring.
Jokic and Booker fit team needs! Booker wanted drafted by Orlando!
NBA teams are monitoring the situations of Nikola Jokic, Bam Adebayo, and Devin Booker, per @HowardBeck
“Nikola Jokic sounds a little testy. Bam Adebayosounds a little aggravated. And Devin Booker? He just seems like a guy whose talent is being wasted. Is it comically premature to speculate about their…Every rival team executive is monitoring the Denver Nuggets’ struggles … and the Miami Heat’s struggles … and the Phoenix Suns’ struggles … and whatever the hell is happening in New Orleans and Sacramento.”

You think Jeff Weltman is as beat up as we fans are watching this team? I know it makes us wanna make changes. But does it have the same effect for him? We need an office that takes losses as personally as we do. Hope that extension isn’t the demise of the Magic 4 another decade.
Team knows there’s no incentive to tanking now, right? Team is a sinking ship rn and we’re worrying about an uninjured ankle. Unserious franchise.
#Magic guard Anthony Black (right ankle injury management) is OUT for tonight’s game vs. the Wizards, the second night of a back-to-back.
Tonight’s loss was because:
- Horrible Franz game
- Persistent ball security issues
- Ghostly rebounding presence
Franz might not be a franchise 1st option. But he’s better than he’s playing now. I’d say he’s playing through a bigger shoulder issue than what’s being led on.
A decent overall 1st quarter is overshadowed by numerous bone head turnovers. A consistent inability and disregard of ball security lets Boston overcome the Magic’s early lead.
