حقاني ډېره درسته خبره کړې ده، پرته له طالبانو نور ټول مسلمانان په دې باور دي چې طالبان د خدای ج او رسول ص په لاره نه دي برابر.
موږ خو بار - بار درته وایو چې د محمدي اسلام پر ځای تاسو هبتي اسلام کاروئ، چې دا کناه کبیره ده.
یو افغان وګړی د یوه طالب چارواکي پر پرېکړه نیوکه لري، خو د خپل نظر له څرګندولو مخکې تم کېږي. یوه ښځه د زدهکړو او کار غوښتنه لري، خو نه پوهېږي چې دا غوښتنه به یې له کوم غبرګون سره مخ کړي. یو خبریال د حکومت د یوې پالیسۍ په اړه معلومات ترلاسه کړي، خو د خپرولو په اړه یې زړه نا زړه دی. یو دیني عالم د طالبانو له یوه فقهي برداشت سره اختلاف لري، خو د دې اندېښنه ورسره ده چې خبرې به یې د طالبي نظام پر وړاندې مخالفت ګڼل شي، طالبان بیا خپل مخالف باغي ګڼي او باغي واجب القتل بولي.
د دغو خلکو تجربې یو شان نه دي، خو یوه ګډه پوښتنه ورسره تړلې ده:
په داسې هېواد کې چې د واکمن پر وړاندې مخالفت د بغاوت او د هغه د امر نه منل د دیني سرغړونې په توګه تعبیرېدای شي، خلک څومره ازاد دي چې خپل فکر څرګند کړي؟
کله چې د یوه رژیم پر وړاندې د ژبې، فکر او قلم مخالفت هم د بغاوت او د مرګ د سزا وړ وبلل شي، ویره یوازې د وسله په لاس ځواکونو په لاس کې د فشار وسیله نه پاتې کېږي؛ بلکې د خلکو د فکر، خبرو او ورځني ژوند برخه ګرځي.
نننی افغانستان له همداسې یو برخلیک سره مخ دی.

ایا د طالبانو سیاسي او فکري مخالفان واجب القتل او باغیان دي؟
که د طالبانو له حکومت سره هر ډول مخالفت بغاوت دی، نو د ظالم واکمن په وړاندې د عدالت غوښتنه څه حکم لري؟

په استازو مجلس کې د اکثریت لپاره ۲۱۸ څوکۍ اړینې دي. د ټاکنو په درشل کې جمهوري غوښتونکي د خپل ګوند او ورسره د رایې ورکوونکو غړو په حساب ۲۱۹ څوکۍ لري، په داسې حال کې چې دوه څوکۍ تشې دي. ډېموکراټان باید لږ تر لږه درې خالصې څوکۍ له جمهوري غوښتونکو وګټي؛ خو د تشو څوکیو او د غړو د وروستي شمېر له امله د اکثریت دقیق حد د څوکیو د ډکېدو له وضعیت سره تړاو لري.
د سنا وضعیت د ډېموکراټانو لپاره ستونزمن دی. جمهوري غوښتونکي ۵۳ څوکۍ لري او ډېموکراټان له دوو خپلواکو سناتورانو سره د ۴۷ کسیزې ډلې په توګه فعالیت کوي. د سنا د کنټرول لپاره ډېموکراټان باید څلور نورې څوکۍ وګټي او شمېر ۵۱ ته ورسوي. د دې هدف ترلاسه کول ځکه ستونزمن دي چې هغوی باید په هغو ایالتونو کې هم بریا ترلاسه کړي چې په ۲۰۲۴ کال کې یې ټرمپ ته پراخې رایې ورکړې وې.
د همدې توپیر له امله د استازو مجلس د ډېموکراټانو لپاره د واک د بېرته ترلاسه کولو تر ټولو نږدې فرصت ګڼل کېږي، په داسې حال کې چې د سنا پایله د څو حساسو ایالتونو په رایو پورې تړلې ده.

ملنګ جان نه یوازې یو شاعر و، بلکې د پښتنو د ملي احساس، ازادۍ او د یووالي ژوندی وجدان و. هغه په خپلو سندرو کې د لرو او برو پښتنو د درد، مینې او بېلتون غږ پورته کړی. د هغه نغمو د کرښې د دواړو غاړو پښتنو زړونه او فکر سره لا نږدې کړل او د ملي یووالي احساس یې ژوندی وساته.

A religious scholar @drzakiranaik shamelessly justified the Taliban’s ban on Afghan girls’ education, while @Javedakhtarjadu —whom these same religious hardliners label a “Kafir”—showed more humanity, conscience, and moral courage by speaking out against this oppression.
These so-called guardians of religion use faith as a weapon: peeling apples for themselves with its blade while slashing open the chests of others. They don’t defend religion; they exploit it to justify oppression and control. Their hypocrisy is disgraceful.
Mullah Hibatullah’s book is not merely about explaining Sunni doctrine; it seeks to legitimize his rule through religion. By portraying obedience to the emir as a religious duty, it weaponizes faith to suppress dissent, discourage accountability, and portray political opposition as religious disobedience.
This is a strategy to consolidate absolute power, silence critics, and instill fear and self-censorship—not only among ordinary Afghans but also within the Taliban itself.

@drzakiranaik is a religious preacher. Preachers will go so far as to abandon reason to defend their beliefs—and in my view, Naik has been doing exactly that for years. These remarks are a case in point. As long as something carries an “Islamic” label, he seems willing to defend it without question.
His arguments show more memorization and repetition of scripture than any serious understanding of history or sociology.
To me, his priority isn’t making a sound argument. It’s winning converts to his faith, even if that means misleading people.
Following that logic, even groups like ISIS, al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or Boko Haram taking power could count as a “win” in his eyes—simply because they call themselves Islamic.

If a globally known scholar resorts to such arguments, what can we expect from local mullahs?

With all due respect @drzakiranaik you are wrong, and the information you are sharing here is false. Under the Taliban, girls are allowed to continue their education only up to Grade 6. Beyond that, they are prohibited from attending secondary school or university. Formal education for girls beyond Grade 6 has been banned since the Taliban returned to power.
It is true that the Taliban allow girls to attend madrassas (religious schools), but these institutions follow a Taliban imposed curriculum which is not equal with ordinary religious schools. You can refer to several statements from other Islamic institutions, including the @OIC_OCI on this issue.
I had expected you to uphold and amplify the principle of nondiscriminatory education, that is in the Islamic teaching of “ Iqra” اقرا.
To justify the denial of fundamental human and Islamic rights to millions of women and girls in Afghanistan is a betrayal of the very principles of Islam you claim to understand. No wonder that you have been expelled from so many countries.
You have built a dynasty of power and wealth, using islamic teachings,yet you use your platform to mislead your audience about the painful reality in my country.
I would suggest that you stay out of affairs related to my country period!

Zakir, if you really support the Taliban’s ban on girls’ education, move to Afghanistan and live under the Taliban regime yourself instead of defending the Taliban from India or Qatar.

It is deeply troubling and disappointing to see an Islamic scholar of such global prominence as Dr. @drzakiranaik rationalise the Taliban’s systematic exclusion of girls from education.
Presenting an indefinite ban as a mere “postponement” and invoking a shortage of female teachers without explaining how that shortage can be addressed is not a credible defence.
Such arguments risk legitimising the Taliban’s gender apartheid and lending religious credibility to a grave injustice.
