We will be closed Monday 31st, Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd and will reopen at 8am on Thursday 3rd.

Wow! Today we celebrate one year of trading as Mair’s Deli. A huge thank you to all our customers for spending, taking time to chat and making us laugh. We look forward to another good year under our new name ‘No 3 Heworth’ supported by our brilliant staff!
We have already booked 4 slots for our 2019 Window Display Project so don’t delay in getting in touch if you are interested. The commission for any sold pieces will be 20% (and we will donate 10% of this figure to a local charity).
We'd like to showcase local artists' work in the shop windows each month throughout 2019. If you or anyone you know creates work (sculpture, painting, mosaic, photography, textiles...) that would suit, please pop in to have a chat with us.

Just to remind you that we are taking orders for Christmas food (meat & cheese platters, pork pies, game pies, Christmas cakes and mince pies). We will open on Christmas Eve from 10-12 for collection only. Pop in or ring if you wish to place an order.
