Trying to summarize how I have changed and grown as an educator over the past 5 years in less than 8 pages was a challenge, but it is done! Here’s to hoping I stay #NBCTstrong!

Everything about this ad makes me scratch my head. 1. That’s quite an advanced 5th grader studying proofs 2. The math shown is neither angles nor proof 3. The advanced 5th grader is also solving quadratics 4. Do they even have math teachers proof these things?
The 7th grade math team has Spartan Spirit for #ThatSpartanGearThursday! Another day of connecting with colleagues on common planning zooms is in the books! #MHSSpartanStrong 💪

Reflecting tonight on how amazing our teachers have been in taking on this new way of teaching and learning with passion, enthusiasm, and a deeply student-centered focus. It’s an honor to work with these incredible people everyday. Keep it up, Spartans! #MHSSpartanStrong 💪

Thursday’s just aren’t the same without seeing my Catherine Hall colleagues during common planning, so we met virtually instead! Here’s a fun screenshot of our 5th grade Zoom meeting yesterday. Even Mr. Hershey snuck in! Keep up the awesome work, Spartans! #MHSSpartanStrong

Just because our students are learning from home doesn’t mean that they can’t still #learntogether with MATHia! Mrs. Murray is using Google Meet to invite her 7th grade students to support each other as they work together through their virtual learning! #longlivemath
