A follow means nothing if the intentions aren't genuine. I've had plenty of young women try to get my attention recently, but I'm only interested in surrounding myself with honest, authentic people.
Honey & Mustard fresh salmon, green beans, and a tray of prawns, potatoes, tomatoes and spinach finished off with an hollandaise sauce, nice change from a Sunday Roast today !!!
From scratch,
Loch Fyne Fresh Salmon marinated in honey and mustard with tender stem broccoli.
And a traybake of roast baby potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, Feta Cheese and topped with a light film of Parmesan.
Finished with a Roulade and a nice glass of Shiraz

For some, it’s just fabric.
For some, it stirs hatred.
For some, it invokes fear.
For some, it’s politics.
For some, it’s a rallying cry.
For some, it’s pride.
For some, it’s remembrance.
For us, it covered our brothers and sisters on their final journey home.
