if you have an issue with influencers as a whole, that's one thing. but for better or worse, they're independent small businesses who support themselves off this work. They are going to be greatly impacted by this. Have a little compassion.

Holy cow @JustFlyGlobal you have tried to charge me THREE different unethical fees to get a credit for my flights to Europe next week. First was 250, then 150, now back up to 200?!and customer support refuses to help. I cannot wait to watch you go under for ur covid response
Well @JustFlyGlobal has finally offered me travel credit for flights to London & Florence next week. HOWEVER, they are not refunding the original $250 booking fee AND are CHARGING ME ANOTHER $250 to accept the travel credit. Way to profit off a pandemic you absolute scum bags.
@justflyglobal airline CANCELLED my flights. u refuse to help. requested a call back 2x & got email saying tried to call when you DID NOT. my flight is not able to be managed on ur support site, don't give me that line. u should be ashamed of how you're treating customers now.

@CheapOair my flight is cancelled and british airways confirmed i am eligible for a full refund that YOU need to process. your phones aren't working and i've been on an online queue for 5 hours that has been stuck at 14 people ahead of me for the last hour.
@CheapOair was on hold this morning for over an hour when the line disconnected and dropped me. this is insane. please provide an option to cancel flights/ get refunds online so we do not have to bog down your customer support team. help us help you help us!
