Time of the year at training when it's getting colder in the evenings.
Now, more than ever, we should ensure children are not waiting a turn, are not in long lines & are not standing around for long.
Play games in small groups, engage them, involve them & keep them moving.

Fascinating read on Norway's approach to sports. Some key points.
-Focus on participation
-Multi sports encouraged
-No scores/league standings kept under age 13
A powerful final line, "In Norway, its like we're developing citizens & not only athletes"

Our Cork U15 Development squad in the All Ireland National Blitz in Cloughjordan today. Cork finished top of their group with wins over Limerick & Kilkenny. This qualified them for the Cup final but they lost to Galway in the final in a very close game. Well done team & mentors!
