Imagine pitching investors a startup about funerals 💀
🤝 Paid partnership
i asked chatgpt how to plan a funeral.
it said to call a few funeral homes and ask for price lists. makes sense when only 18% of them post prices online, it had nothing to show me.
every other industry figured out online shopping 20 years ago. this one still runs on phone calls.
so 8 in 10 families call one place and say yes to an $8k decision, sometimes from a hospital hallway.
why are we fine with that?
episode 2 of building an ai-native funeral company in public.
Claude is great at coding. But as a founder, you still need a developer who can guide it, catch its mistakes, and make sure your app is ready for production.
That’s why I’m introducing @Manixh02
He’s built ossium.in and mx-icons.vercel.app, and is currently fixing an app and adding features for an international client.
Now open to a full-time role. Only one company gets to hire him, so who’s making the first move? 👀
Report appreciated...💝💝

Buying inference is still messy. One quotes per token, another GPU hours, another reserved capacity. Hard to compare until you cost it against real traffic.
Send one requirement and RouterPlus shops it across 40+ providers, then brings back options that fit.
Worth checking before the next contract.
🤝 Paid partnership
Most companies overpay for inference.
On Routerplus, providers bid for your traffic and we get you the best offer for your workload.
You get better latency, throughput, and uptime at a fraction of the cost.
Thinking of open models? Think routerplus.com

my Claude bill after telling my wife it’s “basically free” 📈
Pancake’s actually growing like this though. 50% WoW for 10 weeks is absurd. Congrats @will_marq
🤝 Paid partnership
it's been 10 weeks of 50% week-over-week growth with pancake.ai
no matter how many startups you’ve built, the next one still makes you feel like a beginner. there’s always something you’ve never done before that you suddenly need to figure out.
jumping out of a plane, trying to break a guinness world record. it's all fun!
but the best part is still realizing you’ve built something other people think is worth paying for.
more to come!

OpenCode made Space Bunny free for a week with 1M tokens.
- Used it to build an interactive 404 page
- It just took about 5 minutes
Wild how fast this stuff is getting.
Turns out Space Bunny was running on MiniMax M3.1 Flash the whole time. It generated this wild 3D scroll-driven product showcase with minimal prompting.
It delivers strong coding and agent performance while cutting costs by about 70% on agentic tasks. Input is $0.15 and output is $0.60 per million tokens. Unlimited M3.1 Flash in MiniMax Code until October 25, and 50% off the first month of the M Plan through October 31. Worth trying in MiniMax Code or via their API.
MiniMax M3.1 Flash: Space Performance + Bunny Speed
🚀🐰 Yes, Space Bunny - which has topped global leaderboards with 200T+ tokens - was an earlier version of M3.1 Flash.
💰Redefining the performance economics of agentic AI. M3.1 Flash achieves frontier-level intelligence across key tasks such as Cowork (Automation-Bench: 62%; ALE: 30%), Coding (DeepSWE: 74%) and Visual Reasoning (BabyVision: 91%), at 1/3 the cost of M3 and 3x the speed.
API pricing (flat rate): $0.15 / $0.60 per 1M input/output tokens, with cache reads at $0.015 / 1M tokens.
Model weights will arrive on Oct 23.
API: platform.minimax.io
M Plan: minimax.io/m-plan
MiniMax Code for desktop: agent.minimax.io/download

A lot of people have been asking me about this, so let me clear things up.
I got this freelance project through X, and the client is from abroad. The work involves fixing their existing application and adding a few new features.
I provide web development, DevOps, and other development services, but PLEASE stop DMing me asking for freelance work 😭
I said “DM me if you have work,” not “DM me if you need work.” 💀
