When you’ve lots in the fridge but also nothing. Loaded sweet potato nachos were on the menu last night. Sweet potato rings loaded with leftover roast chicken, black beans, peppers & onions. Topped with grated cheese, salsa and sour cream. Perfect for tear and share with @eoinos

Sunday strut in our favourite @RHK_Venue @IMMAIreland Where we got married, had many a date, hit up many festivals, gig and spent many lazy Sundays. It closed for the first 3 months of Covid. Savouring every walk and visit to this place now we know what it’s like not to have it.

Up bright and early today to do hair and make up for an exciting shoot. It feels good to do what used to be normal. This was always part of my job but having a baby ran into lockdown. The hair and make up never got done for quite some time. I’m back 💃 Wearing @Manley duh 🙄

Some days are just a bit of a shit show and today was one. And so lunch was had standing and dipping porridge bread into a tin of baked beans. Don’t ask 🤷🏼‍♀️ How was your day?

Today is a big day, the day Cork won the double... 30 years ago😆 Being the mum of a boy who’s 50% Cork means occasions like this are to be celebrated and while Dublin blood is in my veins, I’ll let this one go knowing it in aid of Marymount Hospice idonate.ie/goredforcork
