As a man you should be regularly pushing up against your preconceived physical and mental limits.
If you’re not getting stronger then what do you think is happening?

Congrats to @AydenElixson on being named an Elite hitter at the @PG_Tourney BCS Nationals! Out of 2513 registered players, he was 1 of 13 named an Elite hitter. Finished 2nd in total hits(15) and 5th in avg.517 while playing 2 less games than the hits leader(16). Great job Ayden!

On Day 1 of the @PG_Tourney #WWBA here in ATL @Manny_Geisel threw an absolute gem on the mound! 5.2inn 3h 2 unearned runs 1BB 11ks against a really good Keystone State Bombers team from PA. 84-86mph located both secondary pitches for strikes. Great outing! @PG_Uncommitted

XL frame at 6-3, 225. Hands stay inside the baseball taking a fastball to left for a single.
Followed up a 2 RBI single from Ayden Elixson.

Took the last few years off from really pushing myself in the gym as I was having bad neck/back pain.
Things are much improved and hit 295 x 1 on squat today.
Not a PR but will be in the 300s again soon.

Turning 34 this year. I always aim to push myself physically/mentally/spiritually every year. Last year it was a 33k run. This year it will be a marathon. My motto = if you’re not getting stronger then you’re getting weaker 💪🏼💪🏼.
