Tata Sons convening of AGM by on Aug 18 was a corporate theater. They knew fully well that quorum can't be met. They just convened the meeting, recorded the lack of quorum, adjourned, and used paper trail to seek extension from ROC. Sweet ##TataSons #CorporateGovernance

While the #court of Justice Swarnkanta Sharma would be legally justified in proceeding with the matter, the "appearance of bias" may linger and #Kejriwal will win the narrative.
