Bought a (not cheap) leather ipad case online for a gift. At end of payment process was option to provide a TIP (!) for "the company team". Default set at 5% with options for 10%, 15% and finally 'none'. Is this now a thing?

After 3 years protected by staff and visitors Auntie (95) has now tested +ve. Confined to her room with 30 minute checks. I blame this government @SteveBarclay @helen_whateley who act like covid is all over. How hard is it to promote masks to protect the vulnerable? #masks #GTTO
