Don't ever talk about this but for 3 years I've taken antidepressants following the death of my grandad, I never thought I would and didn't think I needed them. Following a few decisions I'm glad I didn't take they became an everyday occurrence,

12 days ago I thought I was better than the advice I was given and stopped taking them. Unfortunately I fell backwards but yet again I had the rock I call my wife and got my head back together. People who know me will know I don't talk like this.
