Bam! Bam! BAM! 💥 My book is way beyond all the modest stretch goals I set for it already. Everything else is just overflow gratitude now. Think we can get it into the Top 100? amzn.to/39INbEe #books #amwriting #mentalhealth

I have a piece of loving advice to the chronically suicidal people out there - stop telling everyone every day that you want to die. Don’t try to get them to save you or care about you by sharing all your suffering on repeat. Doesn’t work well. You’d be surprised how many people would love to support you and interact with you when it doesn’t require them to constantly imagine your death.
worst feeling ever is to have someone who is constantly at the verge of suicide and most of your relationship with them consists of trying to get them not to harm themselves and you cant take a break from them or else youre a fake mental health activist

Nobel laureate @KarlDeisseroth came to neuroscience through words. His love of literature and writing drew him toward the human brain, and a required psychiatry rotation in medical school set him on the path to developing optogenetics. Here, he traces that journey.

If you're wondering who is behind those Jagmeet Singh duffel bag ads on here, know that it's part of a multi-billion dollar scam empire being run out of Eastern European call centers. It's an absolutely massive problem and Canada is a priority target. cbc.ca/news/ukraine-call-cen…
