🚨 WOW. Trump DHS in court just NUKED Los Angeles County's claim that "38.9%" of 200 sampled names on the 20,930 noncitizen voter list were born in the US ‼️ **ZERO were born in the United States** as declared under penalty of PERJURY by USCIS Fraud Detection Chief Nicolas Bartell, after checking the actual federal immigration files of LA County's 200-voter sample "After a thorough review of the immigration records of all the individuals on the County's Sample List, it was determined that none of the individuals USCIS matched to the County's Sample List were born in the United States according to USCIS records." And so THERE IT IS. LA is wrong because they DO NOT ACTUALLY CHECK, they just take fraudsters' word for it! 😠 51 of those foreign-born individuals simply LIED on California's honor-system voter rolls by claiming they were born in America — and LA County took their word for it to smear the DOJ's investigation! Out of the 200 names, USCIS found only 4 who might even have a derivative citizenship claim and 1 who is dead. California's narrative just collapsed in federal court! SEQUESTER THE BALLOTS NOW. h/t @MattFinnFNC

🚨 BREAKING: ONE OBAMA JUDGE just ruled that the Trump DOJ "unlawfully" fired disgraced ex-FBI Director James Comey's daughter, former SDNY prosecutor Maurene Comey TOTAL BS! U.S. District Judge Jesse Furman rejected the Trump admin's Article II authority to remove her, ordering retroactive reinstatement and taxpayer-funded backpay Maurene Comey — who handled the Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell prosecutions in Manhattan before the DOJ terminated her in July 2025 — SUED the Trump claiming she could not be removed at will Unelected activist judges now claim the President of the United States doesn't even have the constitutional authority to fire federal prosecutors inside his own executive branch! TAKE IT TO SCOTUS IF NEEDED.

🚨 CAUGHT: James Talarico got hit with a Daily Wire hidden camera, and he admitted his TRANSGENDER policies have NOT changed. Just days after telling Fox News he would oppose biological males in girls’ sports when safety or fairness is at risk, he told a supposed supporter the opposite. “The way I fought for transgender kids in the legislature is how I will fight for them in the U.S. Senate.” “My position hasn’t changed.” He even bragged about having “the most inclusive policy” of any candidate running. Texas sees the game. VOTE PAXTON.
Wow I completely missed this. Daily Wire caught Talarico on hidden video in September saying he fully intends to push the same trans policies he supported in the past. There’s no way Texas votes for this guy.

HISTORY LESSON ON YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD: Just in case some of you young whippersnappers (& some older ones) didn’t know this. It’s easy to check out, if you don’t believe it. Be sure and show it to your family and friends. They need a little history lesson on what’s what and it doesn’t matter whether you are Democrat or Republican. Facts are FACTS. Up until the 1980's, Social Security cards expressly stated the number and card were not to be used for identification purposes. Since nearly everyone in the United States now has a number, it became convenient to use it anyway and the "NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION" message was removed. Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program. His promises are in black, with updates in brackets. 1.) That participation in the Program would be completely voluntary [No longer voluntary], 2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual Incomes into the Program [Now 7.65% on the first $90,000, and 15% on the first $90,000 if you’re self-employed], 3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year [No longer tax deductible], 4.) That the money the participants put into the independent ‘Trust Fund’ rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program [Under Johnson the money was moved to the General Fund and spent], and 5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income [Under Clinton & Gore up to 85% of your Social Security can be taxed]. Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month — and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to ‘put away’ — you may be interested in the following: Q: Which Political Party took Social Security from the independent ‘Trust Fund’ and put it into the general fund so that Congress could spend it? A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the democratically controlled House and Senate. Q: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax deduction for Social Security (FICA) withholding? A: The Democratic Party. Q: Which Political Party started taxing Social Security annuities? A: The Democratic Party, with Al Gore casting the ‘tie-breaking’ deciding vote as President of the Senate, while he was Vice President of the US AND MY FAVORITE: Q: Which Political Party decided to start giving annuity payments to immigrants? A: That’s right! Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party. Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive Social Security payments! The Democratic Party gave these payments to them, even though they never paid a dime into it! Now, after violating the original contract (FICA), the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans want to take your Social Security away! And the worst part about it is uninformed citizens believe it! If enough people receive this, maybe a seed of awareness will be planted and maybe changes will evolve. Maybe not, though. Some Democrats are awfully sure of what isn’t so — but it’s worth a try.

TIM ALLEN - ON TRUMP: Whatever your feelings for Trump, these are some interesting points that Tim Allen makes. Put your hatred aside and think about these observations. 👇 Tim Allen wrote: Here are some interesting points to think about prior to 2020, especially to my friends on the fence, like moderate Democrats, Libertarians and Independents and the 'Never Trump' Republicans and those thinking of "walking away" from the Democratic party: - Women are upset at Trump's naughty words, they also bought 80 million copies of 50 Shades of Gray. - Not one feminist has defended Sarah Sanders. It seems women's rights only matter if those women are liberal. - No Border Walls. No voter ID laws. Did you figure it out yet? - Chelsea Clinton got out of college and got a job at NBC that paid $900,000 per year. Her mom flies around the country speaking out about 'white privilege'. And just like that, they went from being against foreign interference in our elections to allowing non-citizens to vote in our elections. - President Trump's wall costs less than the Obamacare website. Let that sink in, America! - We are one election away from open borders, socialism, gun confiscation, and full-term abortion nationally. We are fighting evil. - They sent more troops and armament to arrest Roger Stone than they sent to defend Benghazi. - 60 years ago, Venezuela was 4th on the world economic freedom index. Today, they are 179th and their citizens are dying of starvation. In only 10 years, Venezuela was destroyed by democratic socialism. - Russia donated $0.00 to the Trump campaign. Russia donated $145,600,000 to the Clinton Foundation. But Trump was the one investigated! - Nancy Pelosi invited illegal aliens to the State of the Union. President Trump Invited victims of illegal aliens to the State of the Union. Let that sink in. - A socialist is basically a communist who doesn't have the power to take everything from their citizens at gunpoint. Yet! - How do you walk 3000 miles across Mexico without food or support and show up at our border 100 pounds overweight and with a cellphone? - Alexandria Ocasio Cortez wants to ban cars, ban planes, give out universal income and thinks socialism works. She calls Donald Trump crazy. - Bill Clinton paid $850,000 to Paula Jones To get her to go away. I don't remember the FBI raiding his lawyer's office. - I wake up every day and I am grateful that Hillary Clinton is not the president of the United States of America. The same media that told me Hillary Clinton had a 95% chance of winning, now tells me Trump's approval ratings are low. - "The problem with socialism is that sooner or later you run out of other people's money." — Margaret Thatcher. - Maxine Waters opposes voter ID laws; She thinks that they are racist. You need to have a photo ID to attend her town hall meetings. - President Trump said — "They're not after me. They're after you. I'm just in their way." Now, go back & read this again like your future depends upon it, because it does! And all of the above is still true today!

🚨 NOW: Elon Musk calls for PRISON for Robert Reich after Reich urged Democrats to "defund Musk" and SEIZE SpaceX and Starlink for the government ELON MUSK: "Stealing companies is a serious crime. Prison for Reich." 🔥 He’s going FIGHT BACK mode. REICH SAID THIS: "Democrats ought to be starting this — not just with oversight hearings, but also starting laying the groundwork for nationalizing Starlink and SpaceX. Nationalize it. It should be a public corporation!" "If the Democrats take over the House and possibly the Senate, one of the things they are going to be doing is focusing on Elon Musk. I mean, he's really going to be targeted and he knows it." Democrats aren’t even hiding their Soviet-style playbook anymore… They want to use a midterm majority to confiscate private American companies just because Elon backed Trump and gutted their USAID fraud fund! 😠 I AM WITH @ElonMusk 100% PERCENT, and we know TRUMP is too 👏🏻 Protect him AND his companies at all costs. h/t @CollinRugg

Two former senior FBI officials, Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides, were taken into custody today on charges of allegedly lying to Congress about their involvement in the FBI’s investigations into Hunter Biden. The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into the since-dissolved FBI Foreign Influence Task Force. Floris led the FITF as a Deputy Assistant Director from mid-2019 through mid-2022. Benavides was the FITF Section Chief from mid-2019 through the 2020 election. Both testified that the FITF was not involved in the Hunter Biden investigations. Documentary evidence, contemporaneous communications, and witness accounts contradict their testimony. Floris is also on record privately claiming to be “running a shadow government” during the 2020 election in her role on the FITF. Lying to Congress by senior FBI officials strikes at the heart of our system. No one is above the law. The FBI has already dismantled the corrupt CR-15 squad that engaged in political weaponization targeting their opponents, including President Trump. So it turns out that Ukraine's issues with Starlink were caused by Ukraine. Starlink terminals disconnected at speeds above 160 KPH, as determined by the Starlink terminals internal GPS. To get around this, Ukraine hacked the Starlink terminals to think they were stationary regardless of speed. SpaceX figured this out, and updated the system software to detect excessive speed by seeing how rapidly the terminal switched from on satellite to another. This broke Ukraine's hack, and Starlink would no longer work at high speeds. Ukraine was using Starlink in a way that violated the terms of service. Starlink figured it out and stopped it.

🚨 BOOM: A University of Chicago student just filed a Senate ETHICS COMPLAINT against Sen. Elissa Slotkin. Here's what she told a room full of students: "I want young people coming out of school to say, 'Should I go work for the Trump administration?' I want them to be like, 'Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don't want.'" Then she said, "I want that deterrence message sent." That isn't about stopping crime. It's about scaring kids out of serving their country. Michael Bicksel was in the room, reported it, and is now holding her accountable. Flip the parties and Chuck Schumer would be screaming on the Senate floor. Investigate her.

To Brian Moynihan, the Board of Directors, and the executives who run anti money laundering compliance at Bank of America @BankofAmerica: You are not our bank. We are your supply. Every dollar you lend, every point of interest you earn, every one of the $27 billion in profit you report each year begins as a deposit from an American family. You need us far more than we need you. I am writing to make sure every one of those families understands that, and to tell you what happens next. My name is Everett Stern. I am the @HSBC whistleblower. Fourteen years ago I gave up my career and risked my life to hand the United States government evidence of a bank moving money for cartels, terrorists, and sanctioned regimes. I did it in defense of this country. I am doing it again now. To the American people reading this, here is the situation in plain language. Every bank in America is required by law to stop money that belongs to drug cartels, terrorists, and sanctioned regimes. That is not paperwork. It is the wall between the people who want to kill Americans and the dollars they need to do it. On October 13, @USTreasury announced that at Bank of America, that wall came down. The bank did not deny it. In its own resolution with @FinCENnews, Bank of America admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Willful means it was not a mistake. Decisions were made, and the money moved. Here is what Treasury says moved. More than $5 billion in suspicious transactions that were never reported on time, over $1 billion of it tied to national security risks. Trillions of dollars that the bank’s monitoring system failed to properly watch at all. Transactions showing the fingerprints of Chinese money laundering networks. Trade-based laundering with a substantial nexus to the southwest border. Customers flagged for narcotics proceeds whose red flags sat unaddressed. And 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Belarus, Iran, Burma, Somalia, and global terrorism programs, including payments routed through blocked banks and designated individuals allowed to transact because the alerts were not calibrated to catch them. Regulators ordered the bank to fix this in December 2024. More than a year later, Treasury says, it still was not escalating suspicious activity. The price for all of that was $1.2 billion. Two weeks of profit. If a working family paid two weeks of income for helping move money for sanctioned regimes, we would call it an outrage. When America’s bank does it, we call it a settlement. @SecScottBessent said it himself when he announced the penalty: even the biggest financial institutions are not above the law. I agree with him. I am writing to find out whether he means it, and whether you do. Not one person has been charged. Not one. I am working with community leaders in Washington. Republicans and Democrats are standing behind this, because national security does not have a party. Millions of Americans have read my letters to Treasury in the past week. I am pressing Secretary Bessent to refer your board and your AML leadership to the @DOJCrimDiv for criminal prosecution, and I am calling on FBI Director @FBIDirectorKash to open the investigation that should have begun the day you admitted it. To the leadership of Bank of America, the American people have three questions, and I am asking them on their behalf. After your bank admitted to the government that it willfully broke the law, did one executive lose his job for it? Name him. Treasury says your program failed on staffing, training, monitoring, and audit, all at once. Tell the public what you rebuilt. Not what you spent. What you changed. Was anyone at Bank of America held personally responsible for what you admitted, or did the institution absorb it like a bad quarter? The American people are waiting for your answers. So am I. And if those answers do not come, Americans are prepared to respond accordingly, lawfully and peacefully, and in the one language a bank understands. Americans will take their deposits to community banks, credit unions, and regional banks that have never needed a billion-dollar settlement to learn the difference between a customer and a cartel. Americans will stand outside your branches, within the law, and say so. And I will be there with them. This is not a boycott. It is a free market telling a bank what it thinks of blood money. Because that is what this is. Every terrorist attack begins with a wire transfer. Every overdose of an American son or daughter starts at a bank where someone cleared an alert they should not have cleared. No settlement washes that off. The news cycle is not going to save you. The American people are not going to forget. And too big to jail ends here. Everett Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder / Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit
