Enter the Slipstream on Peacock was a great watch. Nice to see more in depth footage of pro cycling, it’s riders/staff and the highs/lows of such a demanding sport and business.

Great show by @officialmoz in Boston tonight. @MGMMusicHall was a perfect venue too.

It’s actually a real thing

Spotted this @bontrager_keith yesterday, which was apparently Lawrence Malone’s. Notice the extra cantilever mounts for using different wheel sizes (26” and 700c).

Any fellow cyclists who watched the Tour today thinking that some of the riders helmets looked twice as big as normal? Forget the sock height rule, let’s get a rule on the books about helmet proportions. Yikes!

Trying a new pre-race day prep for Myles Standish RR tomorrow. Rather than 3x3min max efforts and a 8 min AT effort on my road bike,Opted for a 3 hour trail ride of whoops rocks roots on my KTM followed by ice skating for 2.5 hours officiating two games-I’ll be flying tomorrow

Ex-pro tip for those racing at Myles Standish Road Race in Plymouth on Sunday: leave your deep dish wheels at home.

Sometimes you’ve got to switch from pedals to throttles. Doing laps at a motocross track on a sunny Sunday is a nice change.

Heading out for a short lunch ride on my CX bike to see if it still works after several years hanging on a hook. I will be “racing” it tomorrow at @NightWeasels in the daylight.

Sometimes it’s fun to just go for a drive into Boston (especially in a MK2 GTI 16v).Made a quick stop to visit @7C7M7 while I was in town.
