Cruise in Digger, Ryan Gosling in that god awful rock movie, even that Stallone impersonation movie will probably all get more attention, but Mahershala work is something that will stick with me for a very long time. He has thsi uncanny ability to make the inward appear so outward it gains flesh, radiates a heartbeat, becomes almost a a second performance. Two for one if you will.
