Ran a 15.26…. Into a -1.6 headwind. Grateful for the opportunity to represent Texas at the all state New Mexico meet and I also ran a 60.88 in the 400h with a start that I couldn’t maintain. I am grateful to God for this new territory I entered and looking forward the future

Qualified for Area with a time of 15.29 Saw some really promising improvements during my race and unfortunately didn't get a video... sub 15 soon? 👀

2 week late post from midlothian and some drills I did over the break to work form. Midloathian meet was big as I hit a Pr of 41.70 in the 300mh and feel like there's more to work on. All glory to God

Another race in the books... slightly held back by my hamstring but we move 😪

Results from my first indoor meet (whole lotta work to do) 60mh: 8.89 60m:7.56 200:24 Overview: Indoor is very different from outdoor. First meet of 2024 off to a decent start and only way from here Is up (God did🙏🏽)
