@AirAsiaSupport Hi there, I've tried to ask for a credit request after you cancelled my flight through AVA but I've no idea if it's worked/received no confirmation a request has gone through. You've also cancelled the first leg of my flight, will this also cancel the second?

Hi @AirAsiaSupport. I know I DM'd for a refund but I've tried to get credit instead but I've gone through AVA several times and got no where. Can I get some help? Want to fly with you next year!

@SingaporeAir my travel agent is saying i can only use your waiver policy for cancelled flights. I have a flight in August i can no longer take (due to other cancelled flights) and government advice. Am I eligible?

Just to add it was booked in October last year for travel in mid-August so my understanding is even if the flight isn't cancelled i am eligible for a refund?

@AirbnbHelp hello! I've asked for a refund due to 'extenuating circumstances' thanks to COVID19. The web-screen says I'll get a 100% refund, the email I recieved says 50%? And I have to request the rest minus a service fee?

Hey @coventrycchelp - appreciate this may be unknown at the moment. I've had my notice of marriage cancelled (which is fine) but I'm getting married in August (atm!) and concerned I won't have time to give the notice required. Will there be something in place for this perhaps?
