Did the same for 14 months for similar reasons & never had a problem with 🍻 myself also at the time I was in a dark place after losing loved ones. Now I just have a drink every so often when I feel like it & much prefer it. I had a few drinks on Xmas holiday and not had one since & can take it or leave it
