there's an interview going around of John Mearsheimer with a German who says some incredibly depraved things about Palestinians, and I was fascinated by its conclusion, where she admits she's afraid of being critical of Israel because Zionists destroy people's lives for that:
Dems will take the House and the Senate, but not by a filibuster-proof 60 seats. Trump has said he'll veto everything. So, either the Dems end the filibuster and impeach Trump, or they accomplish nothing and get tossed out in 2028.

China has lifted 800 million people out of extreme poverty.
China accomplished this by investing in its people through education, infrastructure, housing, and healthcare.
Americans should take note and understand that while China invests in its people, the U.S. invests in imperialist wars to enrich its oligarchs.
The results speak for themselves: Communist China is surging while the capitalist United States is in decline.
We take turns every two years or so, such that each party gets an alternating chance to lead and betray their voters. No one remembers longer than 4 years, so it is sustainable, sort of.

What we’re seeing tonight in the midterm elections is not Republicans suddenly becoming Democrats.
We’re seeing Republicans who lost friends, family, business opportunities and jobs over their support of Donald Trump showing their outrage at being betrayed.
So many Americans fought for and defended him despite great personal loss as a result. And what did he do in return? Sell them out to Israel.
This landslide is not a vote for Democrats. It’s a vote against Trump.
I only hope someone is there who can chill him out before he stays up too late and has a nuclear tantrum.

No matter which branch of the duopoly is in power, things will continue to get worse.
Election Prediction: Democrats will definitely take the House and most likely the Senate too, but nothing will fundamentally change for the people.
Corporations, billionaires, Israel, and the military-industrial complex will win yet another U.S. election because they own and control both parties that the public is conditioned to vote for.
There is no real democracy under capitalism because all elections do is put a different face on the same barbaric system that wages imperialist wars and exploits workers to enrich the billionaire class.
We need a revolution!
As powerful and inescapable as capitalism feels, it has no power without the people and the workers who make it run. Once the people figure this out en masse, the world is ours to collectively share together.
