After 1.5 days of travel, the team leadership made it to Baton Rouge last night & were able to conduct briefings with the IST this morning & received their work assignments & area of operation. The Team has been working missions all day assisting the residents. #HurricaneIda2021

MA-TF1 has been activated in response to Hurricane Ida. We will be sending an 80 member team to the Louisiana area to assist the residents affected by Hurricane Ida. The Team will be departing Beverly base this afternoon.

Great Ropes Rescue training today at Deer Island

MA-TF1 left Beverly base this morning at 6:00am traveling to the Gulf Coast to assist the residents who are being effected by the forces of Hurricane Laura. The 45 member taskforce are traveling in 14 vehicles and are expected to arrive in approximately 30 hours.
