Quantus just put QTC on NEAR Intents, and in their own words, that is the only way to get it. Worth explaining why a chain ends up with NEAR as its sole market, because Zcash followed the same path.
Quantus is a proof of work chain built for one job: money that survives a quantum computer. Every transaction is signed with ML-DSA, the NIST standard. 21 million cap. No smart contracts, no staking, no tokens on top. Deliberately nothing else.
