My house burned down a week ago and took the cars with it. I contacted @ViperSmartStart to cancel and see if I could get a pro-rated refund since I paid for three years last August. Even in this situation, they have refused. I will NEVER use them again.

@Specs1962 I was scanning a receipt and @KateCrowder noticed the cute Spec's bunny in a cowboy hat holding a bluebonnet bloom as the receipt logo. She wanted a copy to color and make into a poster for her wall. All I can do is blow it up all fuzzy. How can we get a nice one?

Wow, @CarnivalCruise posts very clearly on their FAQs that the drink package is $59.95/day if you buy it before the cruise. But they are charging me $69.95 because I'm on a 4-day cruise. I tried to get #CustomerService to honor the price, but they refuse!
