I love my district. Thank you @BasharaDana for sending a message of love, respect, and community to everyone. "Take deep breaths. Go for walks, play cards with your kids. Allow yourself to be still." Words of a true leader. #AHISDmystory #missmyclass

Bad administrators blame teachers when teachers have concerns.
Decent administrators listen to teacher concerns.
Good administrators ask teachers if they have concerns.
