My Injective Supporter journey started in 2023, on my campus in Nigeria. I had already been doing some research about Injective when @John_dgreatestt, the Injective Africa regional lead, came to my campus with some members of the team and personally onboarded me to Injective They asked questions about the ecosystem, and since I had already done some research, I was able to answer some of them and win an Injective T-shirt and cap. 😅 The following week, I attended DeFi Onboarding with Injective, an event organized by the same regional lead. It was my first ever crypto event! I met @Zion_C_ and other people in the ecosystem, and I learned a lot. I even made a video here on X inviting people to attend. Guess what? It's still on my timeline today. 😂 Later that year, I bought $INJ and held it until I sold in 2024 at its peak. But after that, I started thinking about doing more for Injective than just holding the token. I wanted to contribute to the ecosystem in other ways, and becoming an Injective Ambassador became one of my goals. The regional lead encouraged me to go for it, but when I saw what other people were doing with their writing, videos, and designs, I started doubting myself. I wasn't confident in my abilities, and honestly, I didn't put in the effort I should have. Toward the end of 2024, I shifted my attention to Injective NFTs instead. By late 2025, I found my way back to creating Injective content. I opened a new X account and decided to rebrand myself. I chose one of my NFTs, Panda Warrior, as my profile picture on my John Cali account. It gradually became part of my identity on X, and I kept creating content around Injective. 🥷 Then came 2026, and I decided to take the Injective Supporters campaign on Zealy more seriously as I worked toward becoming an Ambassador. I made it into the top five twice, first with John Cali and later with Lord Compass. Along the way, my John Cali account got suspended, and I had to start building again from another account. It wasn't easy, especially after spending so much time growing my followers and getting recognition for my work. But I didn't let that stop me from contributing. Thankfully, I still had my original account. 😅 This was the same account I have been using since 2023, where I shared my video from the DeFi Onboarding with Injective event. So I returned to it and continued creating content. Looking back, it's funny how this account has been part of my journey from the very beginning. Today, I create content that helps people outside the Injective ecosystem understand its developments and what they mean. I have also personally onboarded more than 10 people, and some of them are now creating content and working toward the same Ambassador goal. I'm not an Injective Ambassador yet, but I've come a long way from the person who once doubted whether he could create content good enough to represent Injective. From discovering Injective on campus in 2023 and holding $INJ, to exploring NFTs, losing an account, and rebuilding, I've had my ups and downs. But I'm still here, still learning, and still contributing to a community I've been part of for years. And this time, I'm not walking away because I doubt myself.
