Hideo Kojima teased that he's got a cameo in a "big" live-action movie, but he's not saying which one we'll see him in quite yet. bit.ly/4za498u

The French creature movie #TheDeepDark from 2023 directed by #MathieuTuri is a fantastic horror gem with great practical effects and an oppressive, eerie atmosphere.
The story is about miners who unwittingly unleash an ancient, bloodthirsty creature from its tomb.

As confirmed earlier through our official channels, in mid-June of this year, we unexpectedly received notice from PlayStation Studios that they would cancel the PHYSINT project. PHYSINT is an important project both to me personally and to KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS. Determined to keep the project alive, we have spent the last three months searching tirelessly for a new partner. In the course of seeking advice and pursuing negotiations with people across many fields, we found in XBOX a partner with whom we share a common vision for the future, and we have decided to team up with them once again. Please rest assured that development of PHYSINT, our genre-defining action-espionage title, is ongoing and will continue moving forward.

The ending of ‘HOSTILE’ (2017) delivers one of modern horror’s most heartbreaking twists.
Juliette suddenly recognizes a subtle movement from the creature, and realizes it isn’t a mindless monster.
It’s Jack (Grégory Fitoussi), her long-lost husband, transformed by the apocalypse.
Director Mathieu Turi turns what seemed like a straightforward creature feature into a devastating love story. Juliette drops her shotgun, cradles his face, and shares one final, tragic moment with the man she spent the entire film fighting to survive against.

I still think about @MathieuTURI's Méandre from time to time. It's such a creative masterpiece with such an amazing female lead 🔥
