Why is mainnet migration taking time?
Because the work doesn't end when the code is ready.

I won't pretend nine years never made me doubt this.
There were stretches where the price fell, the market looked elsewhere, and the quiet question sat there: what if I'm just wrong? Any honest founder has felt it.
What kept me in wasn't blind faith. It was going back to the actual problem, who owns the data your body makes, and finding it still unsolved, still mattering more each year. The doubt never won because the problem never went away.

Here’s a design decision I’m proud of, in plain terms.
We built the new Matrix chain so that every time someone uploads their biodata, a small amount of MAN is destroyed. Permanently. Written into the protocol, not a policy anyone can reverse.
Most tokens quietly print more of themselves. We built one that gets scarcer the more it’s actually used. I wanted the token’s health tied to real usage, not to my promises. Promises are cheap, and I’ve watched too many of them break.

I think of it as the answer to one question I couldn’t let go of: when your body becomes the most valuable data source on earth, who owns it?
Right now the answer is: whoever holds the server. I’ve spent nine years trying to make the answer: you.

The tokenization of all necessary assets is inevitable. This includes human biological data.
Tokenizing real estate, commodities, or art brings external assets on-chain. BioData is different: your sleep architecture generated every night, the rhythm of every heartbeat, your EEG signals, and your metabolic profile represent unique, continuously generated assets.
Pharmaceutical companies need thousands of validated, multidimensional datasets (sleep + cardiac + biochemical + demographic) to develop new sleep medications and personalized treatments. A significant part of clinical trial costs is associated with collecting and validating such data. AI laboratories also need real human biosignals to build more reliable health models that are less prone to hallucinations.
The problem is that this data is already being generated and used, yet a functioning market remains difficult to establish without provenance verification, granular consent, quality scoring, and clear accountability. Individuals generate the data, institutions particularly pharmaceutical companies and AI developers capture its value, while the individuals themselves often receive nothing in return.
This is where tokenization becomes essential. Cryptographic ownership, portable permissions, and verifiable metadata recorded on-chain can help transform BioData into a genuine #RWA. Pharmaceutical companies could access reliable datasets, while individuals could share in the value generated from their own biology.

The hardest part of building infrastructure nobody’s asking for yet isn’t the technology.
It’s the years. Building something the market won’t need until later means being wrong in public for a long time before you’re right once.
I don’t romanticize it. Most days it’s unglamorous work on a problem few people see. But the four things that make biology tradeable, provenance, consent, quality, liability, don’t build themselves, and nobody else was doing it.

Voluntary. That's the word doing all the work.
We're trusting the people in the race to also be the referee, the timekeeper, and the one who decides what counts as a foul. And to blow the whistle on themselves.
Every voluntary safety pledge in history has lasted exactly until it got expensive.
