In future it would seem prudent for two consulting adults who wish to have intimate relations to each sign a binding contract of "consent", witnessed and countersigned by a Solicitor and stored in a secure location should either party decide, at any time in the future, the other acted outside the bounds of the contract.
It's the sensible thing to do.

INTRODUCING: THE PROTECT MEN ACT 🇺🇸
For too long, the law has failed to adequately protect innocent men, husbands, and fathers from the devastating consequences of knowingly fabricated allegations of rape and sexual assault.
One false accusation can destroy a man’s reputation, career, marriage, financial security, and relationship with his children.
The Protect Men Act would establish:
• Class A Felony: 20 years to life in federal prison for knowingly and intentionally fabricating allegations of rape or sexual assault.
• Civil Accountability: Full restitution, compensatory and punitive damages, and asset forfeiture where legally authorized.
• Statutes of Limitations: Enforceable deadlines for bringing criminal charges, with no prosecution permitted after the applicable limitations period expires.
• Due Process: Full protection of the presumption of innocence, the right to confront adverse witnesses, and the requirement that guilt be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
Good-faith complaints remain protected. Knowingly false accusations do not.
A man’s name is his reputation. His labor provides for his family. His liberty belongs to him. None should be taken without due process of law.
Protect fathers. Protect husbands. Protect families. Protect innocent men.

For over 18 years I have been an Investigator assisting alleged miscarriages of justice. One thing I'm not is a Mr Loophole, I've turned down cases and withdrawn my services when I uncover evidence that suggests guilt.
What it comes down to is "consent", if it is non consensual then its an offence, however if the allegations are due to:
1. Regret the following day - "wish I hadnt, it wasn't that great".
2. Financial gain - £22k compensation
3. Revenge - "should have paid for my taxi home" true case I've been involved in.
4. Family court advantage
5. Mental health
6. Guilt - Suddenly remembers they're married, boyfriend, partner
7. Embarrassment - what will friends I was out with say?
All of the above is not r4p3. It is a consensual act.
All I am saying, there's a lot of men right now who must be terrified of their past one night stands and relationships.
I worry for my 19 year old son and can't stress enough there are young women out there looking for a quick £22k payday.
I'm pretty sure there'll be those coming up to Christmas thinking of costs, suddenly remembers they saw him once in a nightclub twenty years ago.

I'm Iranian. I've lived under the Islamic Republic for decades. I've seen how they ruined my country and took away our freedoms and every single right we had.
They control what you can wear, what music you can listen to, how you behave in public, and even how men and women are allowed to interact. Women are forced to follow a dress code. Women can't even sing solo in public. Dancing can get you in trouble. Drinking alcohol is illegal. Having a private party with men and women together can get your home raided and everyone arrested. Relationships outside marriage are criminalized. Even what you can watch, listen to, say, and post online is subject to censorship. Social media platforms are blocked. You can be punished, imprisoned, or even executed for speaking out against the regime.
Your own home isn't necessarily safe from their interference. Your private life isn't yours. Your freedom isn't yours. They want to dictate how you live, from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep.
This is the country I grew up in. This is what I experienced. They took so much from me that I was eventually forced to flee my own country.
America, I'm terrified for you. I know exactly where this road leads. I've watched it. I lived it.
Maybe start teaching 2 R’s properly first.

Celebrate Christmas this year like you haven't ever before.
Make sure you do the usual, but intensify it.
Send Christmas cards to your neighbours, family and friends. Hang decorations, arrange festive drinks and meals.
But also do this.
Remind people, your kids in particular, what it's a celebration of.
The evil bastards out there want nothing more than to drown your traditions, morals, faith and more.
They want you thinking it's simply about spending money, worry and everything material.
It isn't.
Even if you're not a religious person. At the very least spread the philosophical side of Christmas and Christian values.
They don't want you enjoying yourselves. They don't want you connected with your families or each other.
They want you isolated, alone, without history, foundation or purpose.
I know some of you reading this may think I'm talking rubbish. That's up to you. Fair enough.
But trust me when I say this.
