For the football neutrals, who don't understand what it was like being a Forest fan for well over 20 years, and why we'd still be ecstatic to finish outside the top 5 (we won't), this summarises our season beautifully.

Oliver Glasner says in all of the hundreds of matches he’s played and managed, he’s never heard a more inspiring address than the one captain Ryan Yates gave to the @NFFC players just before they went out today.

"My addiction is to succeed with #NFFC and, right now, I have failed. And then I get really upset with myself because I want to meet the expectations of the players, owner and the fans. Right now, I've failed and that's why I blame myself most." nottinghampost.com/sport/foo…

This week, one of Nigel Farage’s security team members was jailed for eight and a half years for raping a woman while she slept in a caravan, while Reform councillor George Madgwick was charged with 35 offences, including 12 counts of rape.

The charges facing George Madgwick are truly sickening.
Arrested in January. Appointed as Reform’s leader in Hampshire in May. Promoted in Reform HQ in July.
Farage must come clean on what he knew and when.

Farage's wildly off-the-mark prediction here probably helps explain why Reform have had such a bad year.
Mentally, he's still in 2016-2024. He hasn't yet realised that people are tired of Trump-style politics (it's more than a decade old now) and are looking for what comes next.

Just checking in to see how all the UK based Right and Far Right voting, grifter loving, Epstein file ignoring, crypto currency gift taking, genocide accepting, climate emergency denying, LGBTQ hating, people are feeling this morning. Your boy lost big.

The idea that Farage couldn't attend the Budget because his prayer card was moved is the latest eye-rollingly predictable attempt at grievance politics.
I didn't put a prayer card in. I turned up just before prayers and there were loads of spaces.
Farage, as far as I could tell, didn't turn up to prayers to guarantee a seat.
A pretty poor and easy-to-disprove excuse for not turning up to actually do his job.
Nigel Farage was unable to attend the Budget in the Commons because his seat reservation was removed, The Telegraph understands.
The Reform UK leader’s prayer card — a green slip of paper that backbench MPs put on a spot on the green benches to reserve their seat — was moved after it was placed this morning.

Farage's prayer card lacked a valid date stamp and was removed per House of Commons protocol. MPs confirm seats were available and he did not attend prayers.

The economy is the biggest issue in the eyes of the British people. Reform’s shadow chancellor said he wasn’t going to bother watching the Budget. And the party leader didn’t turn up, and made up a story about why. And they wonder why they’re tanking in the polls.

NEW @Telegraph understands Nigel Farage did not display a valid date stamp on his prayer card and it was removed as per Chamber protocol.
I also understand Mr Farage did not attend prayers and did not approach Commons staff regarding a seat reservation.

I was in the Chamber from 11am.
Nigel didn't come in for Prayers at the start of the day, so he wouldn't have had a valid prayer card.
