Great meet up in South Sioux. Team finishes 3rd! Three in the top 15 of the Class A race for medals (Marcus 8th, Jesus 12th, and Dane 14th)! Iowa also brought home the tri-state border battle championship, and Marcus earns a plaque for being a part of the All-Iowa team!

Seahawks didn’t need Sam Darnold. They just needed Drake Maye on the other side. Smart move in their part.

Great stuff from Larry, sports are way more fun when you celebrate others success just as much as your own.

Had a great spring on the track, I would be willing to bet he follows it up with a great summer and turns it in to a great fall.

The competition aspect is most important. I have guys go out for track because of football and a few will say I don’t care that much about being good at track. Don’t waste the coaches time or your time. No replacement for competition. How you do anything is how you do everything.
