#wxchallenge I finished 12th overall and 2nd in CAT 0s for KTPA. Got lucky on 6/8 days of precip which helped a ton. Hot start to the season with a -5.40 score!

Nice lenticular cloud stack on a fresh snow covered Pikes Peak. #cowx
#wxchallenge KOLM, After a terrible start, I had a SOLID day 2 forecast that jumped me 514 ranks in 1 day!
#wxchallenge KOLM Day 1. What was thought to be solid radiational cooling like previous 2 nights ended ended up radiational warming overnight as mid clouds moved in early with low temp of 39F right at 06z. I went 32F, so that sucks.

Some people get all the luck
MONTANA WINTER STORM! ❄️☃️ Over 13" of snow fell this weekend across the state, especially in Helena and Great Falls, who broke a daily snow record. The heavy, wet snow brought down numerous trees on to cars and powerlines in the region. Believe it or not, extra moisture from the remnants of Hurricane Rachel in the Pacific helped to boost snow totals! @stormhour
