Several NAdr modulators may be relevant to symptom control:
-NAdr reuptake inhibitors (duloxetine/TCAs)
-Alpha-2 agonists (clonidine)
-Alpha-1 blockers: selective (eg prazosin) or hitting other targets too (eg levomepromazine, quetiapine)
