Eventually, I fall asleep and the next morning I wake up feeling exhausted and depleted but much much better.⠀

As it turns out, sometimes my brain likes to play tricks on me and senses danger when there is none. My little monkey brain goes into fight or flight mode, fires adrenaline on all cylinders (for no reason) and sends me spiraling into a two-hour long fear and confused-laden panic.

New single and video “Better Tomorrow” is out everywhere!⠀

I was 18 when I had my first panic attack. I had no idea what was happening and truly thought I was going to die. I went to the emergency room but they didn’t find anything physically wrong with me so I went home.
