Right, so I built a thing
Meet @ADHDoseApp
When I started ADHD meds, the bit no one warned me about was how little you can actually tell. It's not paracetamol, pop and forget. Stimulants build, peak, & drain away, and your focus moves with them. You just can't see it happening.
We currently service 18 medications across the UK, Europe and the US.
There's a custom option if yours isn't in there. But this should cover most of the majorly prescribed medications.
P.S. During titration I could never remember how my days had gone by my appointment, so there's a PDF export you can hand to your clinician
@ADHDoseApp is live on Google Play and on Product Hunt today.
Any kudos would mean a lot

The Ethereum Foundation just published a new mandate defining its role.
It’s a good moment to revisit a broader question for crypto: what role should foundations play as networks mature?
@milesjennings explored this in “The End of the Foundation Era in Crypto,” including why some foundations (like EF) have played an important role in getting networks off the ground.

I don't get why there are so many cynics working in crypto who don't believe in it. WTF are you doing with your life?
Crypto also has the most optimistic people on earth, to the point of being almost delusional.
The most valuable tech is obvs being built by people in between these two spectrums.

How is Spinor going to bring the first billion users on-chain?
Next-generation internet apps will be:
• Immersive and performance-intensive
• Decentralised & distributed
• Powered by AI & virtual economies
But today’s compute infrastructure isn’t built for it—pathological performance limits, latency-tolerant, transactional backends, poor scalability, and inefficient decentralisation hold us back.
Spinor is changing that. See how. 👇
