With unsteady steps, a cloaked figure made their way down the path. Breathing was shallow as the body seemed to be on auto pilot.
Slowly trudging along as her vision faded in and out. She was still a ways away from a town. Would she even make it? Who knew. -
Soon the cloaked figure started to wobble. Definitely pushed herself too far that last time but she didn’t have time to take it slow. There was a goal she had to reach before too long.
With a few more steps, she collapsed on the side of the road. Her vision grew even -
more blurry as she clutched her chest. Was her journey really going to end by the side of the road? @MemoryOfNoOne
