Incredibly talented voice acting icon Eric Bauza has passed away. Significant contributions to animation over the past 25 years, particularly for "Looney Tunes". Recent three-time Emmy winner. I was fortunate enough to interview him multiple times. He will be deeply missed. #RIP

What's it like having your dad be the voice of the Looney Tunes?
@bauzilla talks "doing the voice" for his son's friends, the proper age to meet Mr. Hankey and how cartoon characters are passed down as heirlooms to the next generation

I think Bill Hicks was right when he said that celebrities who do commercials should be "off the artistic roll call forever" - and back then he was only talking about Jay Leno shilling for Doritos, not every modern celeb promoting the Life-Ruining App

Shane Gillis and Danny McBride play feuding weathermen in a new four-minute Kalshi ad.
“In the past year I’ve made some questionable trades on contracts for local weather, Costco hot dog prices and cricket,” McBride said in a statement. “Working with Kalshi to make this very unique ad was a great way to both make amends on some of my questionable predictions, but also get to work with Shane, and reunite with my good pal, Deep Roy.”

sometimes people come into my mentions to say something bad about South Park as if that’s something I’d want to hear or even have any patience for

Gracias, amigo. My life was immeasurably changed for the better by having met Eric Bauza in 2003. He just made everything he worked on better. A generational talent. A legend. I would write and design characters giddy thinking how he would bring them to life. And behind the scenes, an incredibly kind, humble and open-hearted good dude. How luck we all were to have been able to witness his talent shine. And boy did it shine!!! My heart goes out to his family and friends. Adios, amigo. You will never be forgotten.
