Sadly-familiar facts include that: "For approx. 9-10 mins., [police officers] kept E.P. [a child with autism] pinned face down on the ground, handcuffed and shackled, using their own bodyweight to restrain him... E.P. expired on the scene.”

Today the Delhi High Court set aside a US$560 million ICC arbitration award rendered in 2015, on grounds it "suffers from patent illegalities and fraud and is in conflict with the Public Policy of India." (Antrix Corp. Ltd v. Devas Multimedia Pvt. Ltd).
