Really went for it today at the @RunThroughUK Everton 10k to hit 1 hour…….and 2 seconds! Annoying but also proud to smash another race day!
Very exciting to be giving you all some marathon related news soon! ✌️

The @Wigan10K was the first big race I did when I started for my first marathon 4 years ago and I’ve ran every year. I did 1 hour 9m, then 1 hour 3m, 1 hour 1 min and now today 59mins 2 seconds. Every year a little improvement shows that the effort I put in daily does pay off.
To get my second fastest 10k ever today on quite a challenging course is a big achievement and I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come! I can’t wait for the Great North Run next weekend which I’m running for @AnthonyNolan
I intend to smash it out the park and this weeks runs are giving me the confidence to believe I can do it! Let’s go!!! 1 week until GNR - if you can please do spare a bit of time and pennies to donate to my fundraising page via the link below! Thank you!

I did it and I got that PB that I wanted so badly last year so I’m incredibly happy this morning! My third TCS London Marathon was a journey! Again it was an amazing day and the crowds were amazing but it was so hot!
Thank you to Anthony Nolan for letting me run for them (please can I again 🙈) - the support and the welcome when we arrived yesterday meant a lot and to be able to raise money for a charity that has supported us personally was an honour and I’m hoping I can continue to do so!
Please show your love and support for this amazing charity by clicking the link below! Thank you to everyone who has donated so far! 💚💚💚
More pics to come I’m sure - can’t wait to see those official finish line pics 🙈
