As a movie, Sphere is truly unique. I've never had goosebumps quite like this while watching a Crichton film. I don't know if the novel is the same, but I already love it.

Just saw Wildwood and OMG it was so good! More mature and darker than the other Laika movies so far but it is a beautiful work art that must be seen in theaters!

I loved everything about Wildwood.
#Wildwood isn't just a triumph in animation, but one of the best movies you'll ever watch. Proof of magic in every way.

Just saw Wildwood and ngl, it's probably the best animated movie of the year!
The stop-motion animation and landscapes are stellar, the story is dark and intriguing and there were some sequences that took me by surprise with how intense they were.
9/10 PLEASE go watch it!
Off to see:
Heard it's a pretty long one, might just be Laika's magnum opus.

I think if we can entertain the idea that YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING will be nominated for Best Picture, then #Wildwood deserves the same level of consideration.

Long before they reunited for “Disclosure,” Michael Crichton directed Michael Douglas in “Coma.”
Douglas, the Oscar-winning producer of “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” and Best Actor winner for “Wall Street,” took the costarring role in the 1978 medical thriller at a turning point in his career. In his memoir, “One Helluva Ride,” he remembers Michael wanting the opening scene, packed with the kind of medical dialogue that would later become a staple on “ER,” filmed in a single shot. Douglas says the experience taught him to arrive on set knowing “every word, every comma, cold.”
Sixteen years later, the two reunited for “Disclosure,” which Michael produced from his bestselling novel.
