Thats sad. I tried @Sonos and returned it due to a bunch of limitations with my personal library. I built my own using @DefinitiveTech speakers, a #raspberrypi and @Max2Play distro. Don't have to worry about stuff like this.

Poor man's Sonos. Actually not poor man's. Much better! Using Rapsberry Pis, @DefinitiveTech W7 speakers, @Max2Play Pi distribution with @mysqueezebox server for multi-room streaming. Can sync streams to all or specific rooms too! @ChrisLAS @Kernellinux

Resurrected my old Logitech Squeezebox Receiver by adding more devices based on Raspberry Pi , @max2play and @hifiberry . Forgot how awesome that system was, still works perfectly fine & is OSS
