Thanks to Rahul and his team for coming in and taking care of us all. Pleased there’s no heart issues in the group - brain cells would be a different story.
On a personal note delighted to be called athletic it’s been a while.
❤️🤍
A huge thank you to everyone involved in making our Health Check Day possible. ❤️ MORE THAN FOOTBALL.
Alongside Puri Pharmacy, we successfully delivered health checks for our players, coaching staff and management team — an initiative focused not only on those representing Southall FC, but on a much bigger message around health, awareness and prevention.
A special thank you to Faye and Cardiologic for supporting the cardiac screening pathway and Lenira Health for delivering blood testing as part of the day.
Thank you also to IKB Event Works and all of our sponsors. Your support allows us to deliver initiatives like this. Without that backing, days like today simply do not happen.
And thank you to Middlesex FA for supporting the initiative and providing the platform for us to bring football, healthcare and community together.
But we don't want this to stop with Southall FC.
We hope clubs throughout the football community will join us and Puri Pharmacy on this journey and explore bringing health screening into their own environments. From non-league and grassroots football upwards, looking after the people who make our game what it is should always be a priority.
Southall FC does not currently have a ground or training facility of its own. But that did not stop us from making this happen — and we hope that demonstrates what can be achieved when people and organisations come together with a shared purpose.
And to the people of Southall and our wider community: please take your health seriously. Learn more about the basic checks available to you, speak to healthcare professionals where appropriate and encourage your friends and family to do the same.
Some underlying heart conditions can exist with few or no obvious symptoms. Awareness matters. Access to appropriate screening matters.
A conversation, a check or encouraging someone else to take action might just save a life. ❤️
This is only the beginning.
More than football. For our players. For our clubs. For our community.
UP THE ’ALL! ❤️🤍

Congratulations, Max — 450 and counting
UP THE ’ALL! 🔴⚪️
Disappointed to be knocked out especially conceding so late then penalties is what it is - a step too far too soon after a gruelling week.
We know there’s details we need to improve on all over the pitch but perspective is important - today felt like going into a game on 2 flat tyres some of the boys shouldn’t have been out there but they’re giving everything - that’s all I ever ask today we fell short.
FA competitions done for this year we’ve created memories for everyone to be proud of - time to reset and rest for a few days then strap yourselves in for this league schedule.
Appreciate the support see you all next Sunday.

Fair play to Marc and everyone at Dorking good side and proper football club 210 mins of carnage.
All the best in the next round.
Finally our support of the last 2 games has been unreal. Thank you for coming out especially tonight.
We’ll see you Sunday

One of the most challenging but most rewarding seasons. Want to thank all the staff for your help and support. The boys upstairs for providing all they do for us. Supporters for keeping the faith when we were on our arse.
But it’s down to the boys we have in the dressing room it’s been chaos at times, it needed to be to do what we’ve done.
You boys have been relentless this last 8 weeks especially I hope you’ve all enjoyed it as much as I have - we could write a book on all the antics I’ve honestly had a blast.
Rest up cause carnage over the summer then strap yourselves in because we’ll do it all again.
❤️
@FCSouthall
Good to sit down and discuss this season.
Appreciate all the support especially when things weren’t going our way.
See you tomorrow.

We knew how much today meant to everyone connected to the club. Pleased we were able to deliver.
Proud of all the players and staff for sticking with it when we’re sat bottom 4. Sometimes have to swim through sh*t like Andy Dufresne.
What a run these boys are on.
Enjoy it 🍻

Best ‘1 month’ loan we’ve ever done.
One of the nicest lads you’ll ever come across humble, listens, works hard, gets booted gets up, never moans.
Big future in the game.
Appreciate the boys at Barnet for trusting us with him as long as you did.

No brainer when the opportunity came up.

Proud to be able to bring some silverware to the club - 50 odd years since we last won this competition another piece of history for us as a group.
So pleased for everyone connected to the club the boys upstairs who work so hard every day to keep the club going.
You supporters some will remember those glory days - we were aware of the history books - appreciate you sticking by us when things have been difficult this season.
The staff and these players for working through the sh*t and showing up.
You all deserve this.

Last nights win was manager Max Howell's 350th competitive game as manager.
Max took over at the start of the 2018-19 season, stepping up from the coaching role he'd had in the championship winning season immediately before.
Since joining in 2016, Max has helped the club to 2 promotions, 2 FA Vase 1/4 Finals, a step 4 play-off place as well as 3 cup finals with the Middlesex Senior Cup final to come this season.
Chairman’s Message: “Max has gone above and beyond in taking this club forward - guiding us back up the pyramid, transforming the environment, and giving 100% every single day. His journey from player, to coach, to manager, and to where we are now is a testament to his vision, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the game.”
Congratulations on a remarkable achievement - and the journey continues. ❤️🤍
