Im down to give a test to anyone who ask for it, who's down to pay for the kie credits and give me some feedback on it
i’ve been building something quietly for the past few months and i think it’s time to talk about it.
it’s a fully automated system that runs in the background and produces any type of video ad format in under 30 minutes, with ai.
right now i don’t have a single video editor on my team.
and we’ve never pushed this much video, in quality or in volume. 5+ videos a day per creative strategist.
i’m honestly a bit scared of what the future looks like.
there’s basically no barrier anymore. anyone can make any format, any video, super fast.
so if execution isn’t the edge anymore… the only thing left is the ideas, copywriting or taste?
saw @alexgoughcooper say everything is going to converge into one role that does it all, and i couldn’t agree more. for my team that’s already the reality, and productivity and quality have never been higher.
so i’m thinking about releasing this system to the public in some way.
would anyone be interested?

and it’s not the typical ai video everyone’s posting rn.
it one-shots basically any format:
mini vsls
ai ugc
ai songs
drama videos
literally any concept you can think of
the struggle was never the format. it’s always been taste, pacing, how engaging it is, and whether it actually looks good.
i’ve been a video editor for years, so i spent most of the build making sure it follows my own editing rules.
the result is a fully automated run, around 30 minutes, ready to launch almost every time.
the only thing we spend time on now is the script.
(It also has our own native video editor that works just with claude chat so it makes it even easier to do anything. )
actually the images for this type of video are better done with midjourney and the videos with kling
This video was uploaded 1 hour ago
and it already has 2M views
90s style AI novels are printing
billions of views right now
and there are apps like Good novel
literally making $6,000,000/year
profiting from these videos.
you can make a video like this in 5 minutes
1. Have claude create a 90s story plot
2. Have claude create a character sheet of everyone
3. Feed it all to seedance 2.5 through arcads api key
and you will have viral videos that look exactly like this:
Every brand in our market says the same thing.
“Dissolves faster.” “Absorbs better.” “Cleaner formula.”
When everyone makes the same claim, the claim stops working. Not because it’s false, but because people have heard it 1,000 times.
Our best-performing ads were dissolve tests. Our product vs a competitor, side by side, in water.
They worked. Then they burned.
Most brands would kill the concept and start brainstorming new angles.
That’s usually a mistake.
A winning concept tells you something valuable: this is the proof your customer cares about. The message is right. The execution is just too familiar.
So instead of changing the idea, I changed the scale.
I took this from how MrBeast builds videos. He rarely invents new concepts. He takes something simple (“last to leave the circle”) and escalates it until it becomes impossible to ignore.
Applied to a dissolve test:
→ 1 competitor becomes every top brand in the category
→ A glass of water becomes a bathtub, then a pool
→ Normal conditions become extreme ones (ice water, timed, slow-mo)
Same claim. Same proof. Completely different reaction.
People don’t stop scrolling for a feature. They stop for a spectacle that proves the feature.
If you’re stuck looking for your next winner, look at your current one first.
Ask yourself: “What would this look like 10x bigger?”
There’s usually another winner hiding inside it.
