Ukrainian emergency crews continue searching through the rubble of the civilian school shelter hit by a Russian three-ton bomb in Komyshuvakha on November 2.
The confirmed death toll has risen to 37, with another 59 people still listed as missing.
With the shelter taking a direct hit from such a massive bomb, the chances of finding survivors beneath the rubble are extremely slim.
The final death toll could approach 100, making this one of the deadliest single Russian attacks on Ukrainian civilians during the entire war.

ผ่านมาแล้ว 3 สัปดาห์หลังผู้ประกันตนออกมาเลือกบอร์ดประกันสังคมเมื่อวันที่ 11 ตุลาคม 2569 จนถึงวันนี้ยังไม่มีการแต่งตั้งบอร์ดชุดใหม่ ขณะเดียวกัน ร่าง พ.ร.บ.ประกันสังคม (ฉบับที่ ..) ที่ผ่าน ครม. ก็มีบทบัญญัติที่หากผ่านสภา จะกระทบผู้แทนที่ผู้ประกันตนเพิ่งเลือกเข้ามาโดยตรง
ร่างมาตรา 6 แก้มาตรา 10 ให้บอร์ดมีวาระ 3 ปี และห้ามดำรงตำแหน่งติดต่อกันเกิน 1 วาระ ส่วนบทเฉพาะกาลมาตรา 41 วรรคสองให้นับวาระของบอร์ดชุดที่อยู่ในตำแหน่งขณะกฎหมายใช้บังคับเป็นวาระตามกฎหมายใหม่ หากกฎหมายใช้บังคับในปี 2570 บอร์ดชุดล้านเสียงซึ่งได้วาระเพียง 2 ปีตามกฎหมายเดิม จะถูกนับเท่ากับวาระ 3 ปีเต็ม ทีมประกันสังคมก้าวหน้าทั้ง 14 คนจะลงสมัครในการเลือกตั้งปี 2571 ไม่ได้ยกแผง รวมถึงคนที่เพิ่งเป็นสมัยแรก ซึ่งกฎหมายปัจจุบันยังให้สิทธิลงต่อได้อีก 1 สมัย ส่วนบอร์ดชุดถัดไปจะอยู่ได้ 3 ปี และห้ามลงซ้ำติดกันแม้เพียงสมัยเดียว
การเลือกตั้งมีความหมายก็เพราะผู้ประกันตนตัดสินผู้แทนจากผลงานได้ ใครทำงานดีก็เลือกกลับมา ใครทำงานไม่ดีก็ไม่เลือก เมื่อผู้แทนทุกคนถูกจำกัดให้อยู่ได้วาระเดียว คะแนนเสียงก็หมดอำนาจในการตัดสินผลงาน
ขณะที่กรรมการโดยตำแหน่งจากฝ่ายราชการไม่มีข้อจำกัดเรื่องวาระเลย ความรู้และความต่อเนื่องในการกำกับกองทุนของผู้ประกันตนจะไหลกลับไปอยู่กับข้าราชการ และกลุ่มผลประโยชน์ที่เข้าถึงอำนาจได้ทุกยุค ประชาธิปไตยที่ไม่หวังผลงานเช่นนี้กำลังพาเรากลับสู่ยุคล็อบบียิสต์หรือไม่?

Horrifying police bodycam footage from Russia’s terrorist attack on civilians in Komyshuvakha, Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Police officers responding to the initial strike receive a warning of incoming Russian guided bombs and rush to gather civilians into a school bomb shelter.
Moments later, a Russian bomb strikes directly into the shelter filled with civilians, burying them beneath the rubble.
At least 31 people have been killed, including four police officers and two rescuers. Another 59 are listed as missing.
The death toll is expected to rise as rescue operations continue.

After the first Russian airstrike, they went down into an underground shelter together with civilians. Then more Russian bombs struck the shelter. Their bodycams kept recording until the very end 😢
